• All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Bookings are non-refundable.
• We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes to booking dates and times, provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
• Any booking changes must be rebooked at the time of the request and used within 30 days from the date of the original change. Bookings can only be changed/rebooked once.
